eml-2-emlx converts .eml files to .emlx-files and .mbox folders. MacOS Mail uses emlx-files enbedded in .mbox-Folders. With eml-2-emlx you can easily convert eml-files (e.g. from Outlook Express) to .emlx-files and .mbox folders.
