Software Description

eDocPrinter PDF Pro works as regular printer-driver and the installation is easy. Generated PDFs can automatically get sent by e-mail.

eDocPrinter PDF Pro key features:

- Word Addin to create PDF files including conversion of Word hyperlinks, bookmarks, TOC etc. ( compatible with MSWord 2000/2003/2007)

- Excel-Addin to create PDF files including conversion of Excel hyperlinks etc. ( compatible with MSExcel 2000/2003/2007)

- PowerPoint-Addin to create PDF files out of MSPowerPoint including conversion of PowerPoint hyperlinks.

- Redirect Print feature - you can define by mouseclick one or more paper printers ( local or network ) to get one or more paper copies of your printjob( requires Advanced Edition)

- Output format as TIF, BMP, JPEG files including DPI setting by using Redirect Print feature (requires Advanced Edition)

- e-Mail send feature (MAPI/EMAPI/SMTP) (some features require at least Advanced Edition license)

- Printer profiles - to define profiles with different printer settings.

- Embedded commands to automate pdf creation out of ERP/CRM systems (some commands require at least Advanced Edition), eg. can you use embedded commands like %%EmailTo: xxx %% or %%EmailAttach: xxx%% etc.

- Attach other existing files to e-Mails

- PDF-Overlay feature ( eg. define a background template, can also be used for Duplex print )

- Font encryption feature - avoids that people can copy text content into other documents (Advanced Edition or Enterprise Edition only)

- Advanced embedded commands to control eDocPrinter PDF Pro, eg. to show images, bar codes, link actions, bookmarks (Advanced Edition or Enterprise Edition only)
