Software Description

Timeo is a complete projects management and time tracking solution specially designed for freelance and small companies. Timeo - Professional Edition contains all the features needed to organize your working time and track projects you work on. Timeo can be used to manage complex projects with an unlimited number of sub-projects or sub-tasks.

Timeo can also be used as a simple todo list or as a tool for the "Gettings Things Done" ( GTD ) method of David Allen. Timeo can help you organized your working time by calculating the estimated end date of a project according to its sub-items and constraints you define. Several features allow to record, in a few clicks, the tasks you perform throughout the day. Projects scheduling is updated in real time according to the work done.

The projects tracking view allows to detect as soon as possible any deviation from the forecast and tasks that need to be done in priority. A report wizard lets you create complete and accurate reports to analyse recorded data. Timeo is also available for Windows mobile smartphone ( free of charge ). So you can record your working time on your mobile phone and synchronize data with your desktop or laptop when you are back in the office.

Timeo can help you to organized your working time by calculating the estimated end date of a project according to its sub-items and constraints you define as :

- The planned start date.

- The planned duration.

- The desired end date.

- The priority.

- Predecessors ( that means : the list of items that need to be completed before the project can start ).

Based on theses parameters Timeo calculates, in real time, the start date and the end date of all your projects and sub-projects.

Several features allow you to record in a few clicks, the tasks you perform throughout the day :

- The built-in timer automatically records the beginning and end of tasks.

- The list of favorites or history allows you to start in 1 click tasks you perform most often.

- In order not to disturb your work, it is possible to start, pause or resume a task directly from the Windows notification area.

- Use Timeo anywhere on your mobile phone with : Timeo for Mobile.

The main view shows all the tasks on a period. It is possible to display the tasks for a day, a week or a month.

The projects tracking view displays the result of the scheduling. This view is fully customizable and allows to detect as soon as possible any deviation from the forecast and tasks that need to be done in priority.

The reports wizard allows to create complete and accurate reports to analyze recorded data. Reports can be displayed as a table ( data mode ) or a print friendly format ( print mode ) according to a template. The export module allows to transfer data from one report to a spreadsheet program or text file.

Timeo for mobile was specially designed to be used in addition to Timeo for Windows and allows quick and intuitive capture of the tasks you performed anywhere and at any time ( travel, meeting, ... ).

Using these two versions of Timeo, you have both :

- the power of a laptop or desktop computer to manage projects, activities, hourly rates, and create reports.

- simplicity and availability of a mobile device to store the beginning or end of a task.
