Software Description

Smadar prints a barcode on your archiving documents using SmartPrinter. While scanning or from PDF or TIFF files, Smadar will read the barcode and archive the document according to the barcode fields.

When you need the document, simply open the Smadar client and search according to any of the fields or any combination of fields.

How does it work: - Special software will print a barcode on each document, based on the data of that document.

- The customer signs the document.

- The document is scanned to the computer.

- The SMADAR software will recognize the barcode and digitally archive the document in the proper place.

- When you need the document, all you have to do is open the SMADAR client and search for the document according to any of the fields. Then you can look at the document, print it, fax or email it with just one click.

- During scan, you can digitally sign the document and then the scanned document gets an "original" status and the physical document can be shredded.
