MSD Collections allows you to keep a database of your books, magazines, movies, music and software, featuring an advanced information management system. MSD Collections Multiuser allows several users to access MSD Collections information in a local network or even via Internet.

MSD Collections is very easy to use and can be configured to adapt many of its features to the user preferences. You can effectively find the information you are looking for by using the search and filter features.

It allows you to search the information with any combination of data fields and operators, and lets you create an unlimited number of professional looking reports with exactly the layout of the information on the data grids.

MSD Collections Multiuser key features:

- MSD Collections: this software is an advanced cataloger that allows to manage collections of Books, Magazines, Movies, Music and Software. It also provides support for the management of the Loans of the elements in the collections.

- The information about Movies and Music can be automatically downloaded from Internet.

- MSD Collections features a first level data management technology, that allows to sort, group and filter the information by any field or combination of fields. Any combination of sorting, grouping or filtering can be visualized or printed in a report and also can be saved to disk in order to be recovered at any time.

- This advanced data management technology allows to see, for example, the books grouped by publishing house and author, by book type and location or by creation and modification date. The possibilities are infinite.

- The program allows to catalog the collections by location, using a hierarchic structure with no depth limit, with which a structure like the following can be easily obtained: Building, Floor, Office, Bookcase, Shelf, Folder, etc

- MSD Collections can be used to catalog collections of physical elements, but it can also be used to catalog collections of electronic elements stored in hard disks, CD-ROM, DVD's, etc.
