LeaderTask is a business organizer for a modern person. LeaderTask includes a smart system for managing projects, tasks, contacts, events.

Key features:

- Portability. You can always use LeaderTask wherever you are: at home, in office, on a trip or anywhere else. You can carry the organizer on a USB drive. Storing all data in one place allows you to easily move LeaderTask to other computers. All information will always be at hand wherever you are!

- File containerFile container. Storing copies of files of any type. LeaderTask can store any files in its database: Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, images… Moreover, it does not store both files inside LeaderTak and links to external files.

- Synchronization. Synchronization with Outlook, Google Calendar, Data Export/Import. Supporting most of popular data export/import formats: iCal, cvs, excel, txt..

- LeaderTask Company Management is a program for managing the activity of a group of people - both small teems and large organizations. The LeaderTask system helps the head of a company quickly get information about the current state of affairs regarding projects, tasks, employees.

You will always have the needed information at hand wherever you need it, because LeaderTask PDA Organizer will always be with you on your pocket computer.

It is convenient to add appointments or strict tasks to the calendar. LeaderTask can show the calendar for one day, week and month. Besides, you can always see both the task list and the calendar and move tasks from the list to the necessary data in the calendar if necessary.

LeaderTask will allow you to control the time you spend working with the computer. Thus, you will be able to get reports about what you spend you time on working with the computer:

- In what programs you work and how long

- How much time you spend on websites

For example, you can group programs and sites you work with into the "Work", "Rest" and "Miscellaneous" categories and get the corresponding reports about the time you spend.

The "Projects" section in the LeaderTask organizer will help you organize efficient work in your real projects! Every project has its deadline, executor, aim and comment.

There are three types of reminders in the LeaderTask organizer: task reminders, birthday reminders and overdue task reminders.

Task reminder:

- This task property is used for you not to forget about something you should do or about some event. According to the reminder settings, a special window with a notification about the upcoming event will be displayed on the screen in advance.

Birthday reminder:

- These reminders are used to notify you about your contacts' upcoming birthdays. If there is a birthday specified in some contact's information in the address book, you will get a reminder 1, 2, 3 and 7 days before the birthday.

Overdue task reminder:

- Reminders are also used to notify you about overdue tasks. You can switch to the list of overdue tasks in this case.

With the LeaderTask mail client, you can:

- Send and receive e-mail

- Maintain an address book

- View the history of e-mail exchange with your contacts

- Filter important/unimportant messages

- Use reply templates

- Add new tasks from messages

- Send tasks via e-mail

Quick communication. Having the list of contacts and their contact information at hand, you can exchange information with them really quickly. One mouse click is enough to send a notification to an employee about tasks he is to complete; send a partner an e-mail message about changes in the terms and conditions of cooperation; notify a customer about holiday discounts for your product; let a client know that the job has been finished and so on.
