Double clicking on a stay you can access the content for viewing and / or change the same data like a check-out, change room, change the dates, rate changes etc.

At this point the user adds the available services to each night and the amount of daily fee to the facilitating booking agency if exists. Once all nights has a service assigned, the user can continue.

In this 5th step the user selects the facilitating booking agency if exists, and the reservation can be confirmed or the user can specify how many days notice is required for confirmation before the system cancel it automatically, also the user can do a check-in automatically after saving the reservation in the system.

Finally, a summary of previously collected data is shown before enter the reservation in the system, with an option to print the summary.

JCL Hotel also considers as a fundamental aspect the guests entrance prevision. After the desired data is obtained, it is possible to print a report.
