I wrote this when we were changing IP addresses at work. This will go through your hosts and lmhosts file and search and replace old IP's with new IP's.

The configuration can be inbuilt or specified in an INI file. Now with Add and Delete options.

There is a wide variety of different out there. The most common way to change your ip is though a proxy. I have found that the best way to choose the right proxy is by learning about the company's behind the products. Everything you do will be sent through the company, so you want to be sure that you can trust them to not read or steal your information.
