Software Description

FileRestorePlus is a quick, easy and effective way to recover deleted files and photos. It supports different types of hard drives and removable media, so that you will be able to recover deleted photos from your camera and undelete songs from your MP3 player. Simply search for deleted files, select the files you want to recover, and restore them with a single click.

If you've accidentally deleted an important document or a precious photo, don't despair – it's still possible to get it back. When you delete a file, Windows doesn't remove it, but rather marks the space as available for saving new files. This means that it's possible to recover deleted files with the help of good undelete software.

How it works:

Recover files from CDs:

FileRestorePlus recognizes only a limited number of CD file formats. So if you get a "Drive Error" message or the CD is not listed at all, it will not be possible to recover the files with FileRestorePlus.

Recover deleted pictures from camera:

The program will only recognise the camera if a drive letter is assigned to it. Connect the camera to the computer and check if it offers you to view it as a storage device. If that doesn't work, take out the memory card, insert it in a card reader and wait for your computer to assign a drive letter to the memory card. You will then be able to recover your photos from the memory card using FileRestorePlus.

FileRestorePlus works under Win 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista/Win 7/2003/2008 operating systems.

The program supports all Windows file systems for hard and floppy drives including FAT12/16/32,NTFS/NTFS5 and image recovery from CompactFlash, SmartMedia, MultiMedia and Secure Digital cards.
