I've been using Express Scribe for 6 years and have been very happy with it until now. At times, Version 5.43 seems to have a mind of its own and will cause audio to suddenly skip, fast forward or rewind in short sporadic spurts. This happens both while listening to audio as well as if one stops listening to the audio. I've emailed NCH Swift Sound twice about this now but have had no reply, which is unusual for them. Unfortunately, I cannot download a previous version either so am stuck with this until NCH creates a new version.
