Software Description

Easy Graphics File Converter is used to convert files from GIF, BMP, JPEG and PNG formats to PNG, JPEG and BMP.

It has two modes of operation: a single file can be converted to all other formats (except GIF) in one operation, and JPEGs can be output over a range of quality (compression) values so as to optimize file size.

In batch mode any number of files in a folder can be converted from one format to another (except GIF). Converted files can be displayed automatically in the default browser.

Key features:

- Convert a single image file to all other supported formats except for GIF (e.g., JPG to PNG and BMP; or GIF to PNG, BMP and JPG).

- Convert a non-JPG image file to a set of JPGs over a range of quality/compression values.

- Optimize JPG files for size.

- Convert a set of any number of image files from one format to any other except GIF.

- Convert a set of any number of JPG images to JPG images with a specified quality/compression value.
