It can also export them under the Comma Separated Values (CSV) format, which can be easily handled through various programs. It can backup and restore your Outlook folders and identities and it can backup and restore your Outlook Express rules.

E-mail Address Collector key features:

- Extract email addresses from email messages, mail folders, contact folders or distribution lists of Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook Express, Thunderbird or Windows Mail;

- Collect email addresses from local files or folders, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF documents or any non-binary file;

- Extensive email address extraction filtering options: filter by domain name, date/time or subject line of the email message, sender's name, mail folder, etc;

- Automatically eliminate address duplicates or robot-like email addresses (like mail-daemon@domain.com);

- Export the extracted email addresses as Outlook Contacts, Outlook Distribution Lists, Windows Address Book entries, Excel CSV files or to the Windows clipboard;
