DrumSpillage is a high quality multi-model drum synth plug-in for Mac OS X capable of delivering a level of sound quality normally associated with dedicated hardware equipment.

DrumSpillage is built around a collection of small but flexible synthesis models individually engineered to expand your existing drum palette.

DrumSpillage ships with over 150 preset pads for use in your own work and adds live previewing features giving you rapid access to your growing library of killer drum sounds.

A drum synthesizer utilises DSP algorithms rather than pre-recorded sound samples to create its drum sounds. Using DSP algorithms opens up a level of control and programmability that a static sample cannot match. Users often comment on the enormous diversity of sounds that can be quickly coaxed from the synthetic algorithms in DrumSpillage.

Developed as an AudioUnit plugin DrumSpillage is compatible with a wide range of plugin hosts (see below). Pro features like 16 audio outputs, extensive automation capabilities, native 64-bit support, CPU freeze and WAV/AIFF export result in an instrument that is perfectly at ease in the modern studio environment.

Whilst packing a staggering amount of flexibility into one plugin users also regularly praise the speed at which they can learn DrumSpillage. DrumSpillage is equipped with 13 custom drum synth models carefully engineered to create a particular family of percussion sounds (e.g. bass drum, hi-hat, cymbal, snare, FM percussion). Each model also provides an enormous amount of flexibility to inspire the creative mind to create new and previously unheard drum sounds.

DrumSpillage was designed to be extensively tweaked, edited, programmed and manipulated all day long. Each of the 16 drum pads feature: 3 envelopes, 2 LFOs, 1 multi-algorithm distortion unit and 1 multi-mode resonant filter. Almost every parameter can be freely automated in your favourite DAW.
