Software Description

Dexpot turns your monitor into up to 20. Dexpot creates additional workspaces you can quickly switch between. Take, for example, Desktop 1 to listen to your favourite music, surf the web on Desktop 2, use Desktop 3 to handle your daily word processing or switch to Desktop 4 for a game of Solitaire. Different icons, wallpapers, start-ups, and much more can be configured for each desktop.

With Dexpot you may have separate virtual desktops for different applications. One desktop might feature applications for graphic design, for example, and another might feature your business applications.

Switch between virtual desktops in order to keep track of your open windows. Using Dexpot, you'll considerably increase your workflow.

What's new:

- Systems with multiple screens are now fully supported by Dexpot.

- Preview features like the full-screen preview and the SevenDex plugin include all monitors.

- The animations provided by the Dexcube and Dexgrid plugins are visible on all monitors.

- Individual monitors can be excluded from desktop switching.

- The desktop background can be customized for each monitor separately.

- Using the new application assignment feature, programs can be permanently bound to a particular desktop with just a few clicks.

- Taskbar buttons of all windows on all desktops can be kept visible in the taskbar.

- The new icon customization creates a separate folder in the file system for each desktop which stores only this one desktop's icons.

- Using the new MouseEvents plugin, Dexpot functions can be triggered by moving the mouse cursor into screen corners.

- When a full-screen application like a video player or a Powerpoint presentation becomes active, Dexpot automatically hides the Desktop Manager, the desktop name on-screen display, and similar components.

- New hotkeys, title bar actions and rule actions.

- Profiles can be loaded by opening their .dxp files with Dexpot.
