CrossLoop Description

CrossLoop is a free, secure screen-sharing utility designed for people of all technical skill levels. CrossLoop extends the boundaries of traditional screen sharing by enabling non-technical users to get connected from anywhere on the Internet in seconds without changing any firewall or router settings.

It only takes a few minutes to setup and no sign up is required. Security is built into all aspects of CrossLoop. Session data is encrypted at the end-points before being sent using a 128-bit encryption algorithm and a randomly generated 12-digit access code.

CrossLoop includes file transfer support, and switch control feature. Crossloop Marketpace adds creation of a free CrossLoop accounts to create a dynamic public profile page, reserve your custom CrossLoop URL, view your session history, as well as widgets to promote yourself as a tech support specialist.

What's new:

- Access Remote Computer, now opens My Computers tab on website

- Manage Remote Access, now opens Experts tab on website

- Self Test, verifies share capability of client, before remote access

- Solicit Social Feedback, expert can describe helped topic for customer to post on Facebook or Twitter

- Send Ctrl-Alt-Del, from client dialog and UltraVNC viewer to invoke task manager or initiate login

- New desktop icon, improved 48x48 pixel CrossLoop icon for Windows 7 and Vista desktops

- New application active icon, displays when a screen sharing session is in progress

- New receive files menu item, enables share computer to initiate file transfer from access computer

- The client no longer restores minimized Viewers after 20 seconds, Viewer window will remain minimized

- Caps lock is turn OFF on both the Share and Access computers when the "Connect" button is hit

- Improved connection speed for Instant Share and Remote Access

- Windows XP support for non-admin users

- Added confirmation messages to the Logout and Quit requests

- Additional "Remote Connection Info..."

- Added "Viewer Connection Options" to allow full Viewer control of remote sessions
