Address Book-to-iCal-Importer.

Birthday Scanner X is a freeware tool which synchronizes birthdays, anniversaries and other dates between Address Book and iCal.

You can predefine multiple alerts, and get alerted by mail or by message. This release fixes some bugs and adds new features.

Excellent Tool. Does exactly what it claims it does: importing Birthdays from Address Book to iCal. Also, very helpful for adding missing birthdays to the Address Book.
I use it to get Birthdays to iCal on my Mac on onto my iPhone.
