Software Description

Organize full albums and play them with AlbumPlayer, just by browsing your covers. The browser makes it possible to group and sort on album attributes making play list creation easy. For touch screen users a special interface is available with bigger buttons and alternative track selection method supporting screens with minimum size 800x480.

The Database Shuffle (also known as Autocue) feature, lets the AlbumPlayer automatically pick tracks or albums from your collection based on user criteria. The AlbumPlayer contains an equalizer and a normalization function, which can play a play list at one volume level using Replay Gain calculation. It supports Last.fm, Winamp DSP plug-ins and Evillyrics.

Key features:

- Easily browse your music collection by surfing through the covers. Just select an album by clicking the cover, open the album booklet and select some tracks to play.

- Offers touchscreen layouts including bigger buttons, an integrated onscreen keyboard and touchscreen optimized behavior for your living room or your car.

- AlbumPlayer has integrated momentum scrolling as seen on modern smart phones. You will experience a very smooth navigation while browsing your collections.

- Allow your guests to interact with the playlist but prevent them from messing around with your music collection or your PC with the password-protected Party Mode.

- Use your iPhone / iPad / iPod or Android device to control AP remotely using Tunes Remote. Also, a Media Center Edition Remote Control Add-On is available.

- AlbumPlayer offers native ASIO support for audiophile listeners and reads WMA, MP3, OGG, FLAC, WAV, APE, WavPack, MusePack and the OptimFROG format.

- Add video clips to the album collections of your artists. Play them fullscreen and even on a separate screen if you like. Integrate videos into your playlists.

- Let Auto DJ put on your favourite songs, based on user defined criteria like rating, genre, style, tones, album collections and many more.

- Scan your music to normalize the playback volume to an average level per track (or per album). Use the built-in equalizer to adjust frequency levels.

- Enables you to scrobble your playback history to last.fm, which is a free service for recommending new artists, that you propably like, as well as videos, events, etc.

- Create custom collections of your albums and sort them by artist, genre, release date and many more criteria. Realtime filter included to access your music instantly.

- Improve your collection by adding artist-related data like photos, artwork and biography. Automatically add artist info and pictures by connecting to last.fm.

- Copy albums and playlist files from AlbumPlayer directly to any folder or to your mobile device simply by drag & drop, regardless of where your data is stored.
