does not work, asks for disk every time.
If anyone does know of some LG software that will sync then please post a link.

I tried many times to connect, over a preriod of 2 years, but never managed. Finally I downloaded the software from the this site and I was happy to upload data from my U8120C to the computer. What a frustration when I looked at the data! 244 records, but no names and no numbers!! Can anyone help?

A complete of waste of time for as well. I could connect with bluetooth adapter on PC to LG PK170 and vise-versa but will not connect to PC Suit interface.
I had searched all day on internet to see if I need additional driver but not the case and all the comments read from people having the same problem, had not got the solution either.
I think LG should do better than this by providing a stable PC Suit interface to syn and stop frustration raging on people as it not apparent when buying the phone.

this software CANNOT CONNECT,don't watse your time!!!!!

Got all excited that I could finally back up my contacts list & photos etc & then it wouldn't connect to my LG KC550 mobile..! Cannot connect.... doesn't work!!

Software did not work for me.

It's dated 2003, so unless you are trying to sync an OLD (antique?) phone, the download of this file is pointless. It has no update feature, so what you get is what you get.

well my phone just keeps saying check com port or something like that it doesnt connect???
