Grab the ugliest, most unflattering photo of yourself that you can find and set it inside Fit Alarm. Or, if you prefer, grab a picture of what you want to be. Next, set some text to be shown when the alarm goes off.

Set the time for the alarm and when the time comes, Fit Alarm will sound an alarm.

When you attempt to turn Fit Alarm off, your selected picture will be shown and your motivational text will scroll across the screen.

If you picked the right photo you should have no problem getting out of bed and running to the gym or hitting the road for a run!
